our Black Friday deals are already quietly available, even though we haven’t yet announced them publicly.

And hey, Sovereign members: Not only do you have 75% off, you ALSO have 80% OFF on both Throwback collections (Dwarves of Ark An Dar and Paladins of Light against Red Dragonborns)! Grab your discount codes inside your Library > THIS month's release.

Now, let’s explore what this month’s Sovereign has in store for you.

1. A Particularly Special Sovereign

This Sovereign is unique for two reasons.

First, it marks the return in our shop of the long-requested Dragonborn vs Paladin pack, which many of you had been hoping to see again.

Second, since this is our very first Sulfur Dwarf release, we didn’t have any previous collections to pull troop extensions from.
But we still wanted you to enjoy fresh reinforcements for your Sulfur Dwarves.

So we took models from our only classic dwarf release—normally dedicated to the forces of good—and had great fun corrupting them into Sulfur Dwarves :)

This gives you access to brand-new units that did not exist anywhere before!

Whether you’re a wargamer expanding your forces or a role-player looking for new threats and characters, you’ll find a lot to enjoy.
And yes, that includes a new, more assassin-oriented version of Saryth, ideal for intrigue and court politics.

Here’s the video—enjoy it, and keep reading for a closer look at what you can add to your armies this month and more news about what's happening at the studio.

2. The Throwback Troops

Exclusive Corrupted Dwarf Units

Let’s start with the throwback units, because they’re easily among the most exciting pieces this month.

At Heroes Infinite and Raging Heroes, we’ve always loved giving female characters their place—and dwarf armies rarely include enough of them.
So this Sovereign introduces a fully female Sulfur Dwarf troop, reimagined from our older dwarven units.

  • The former Pyrite Berserkers have become the Phosphorus Berserkers, with a look that fits perfectly into the Sulfur Dwarf aesthetic.

  • The Hard Headed Chargers were also transformed (corrupted armor, heavy pauldrons, horns bursting through their beards) becoming the Carbonite Militia, a brutal and visually striking ranged/melee unit.

If you enjoy the bold silhouettes of the Sulfur Dwarves: massive shoulders, unsettling helmets, rough textures, these new troops will fit in naturally with your army.

A New Sulfur Dwarf Hero

The Hero previously known as Koradahn the Reckless becomes Daarnik, Sulfur Captain, complete with giant pauldrons and signature back banners.
He has a strong presence and is full of character, perfect if you want a new leader with real attitude.

Dragonborn Throwback Reinforcements

On the Dragonborn side, both Drakar Scaleshields and Thundrax Ironhides  receive additional units to strengthen your force.

3. Reinforcements for the Current Release

Grow Your Core Units

If you want to expand your main armies, this Sovereign gives you everything you need to double your troops of:

  • Obsidian Sacred Guardians

  • Sulfur Gunners

  • Sacred Horns

  • Blaze Riders

And speaking of Blaze Riders:
they’re massive, impressive, and really worth printing if you want something impactful on your tabletop.

A Third Version of Sarith Flame Shadow

We also added a third version of Saryth Flame Shadow because so many of you loved her.

This variant offers new role-playing possibilities: she was already a mage or a bard, now she can be a courtesan assassin, ideal for Dragonborn intrigue at court and high-level political drama.

4. Dioramas for Both Armies

Sulfur Dwarf King on His Throne

You love dioramas, so we made sure both factions received one.

The Sulfur Dwarf King is seated on a heavy throne, inspired by classic Conan-style fantasy imagery, surrounded by tiny goblins praying not to be crushed under his hammer.
It’s a fun piece to paint and a great storytelling prop for RPG tables or display shelves.

Dragonborn Gladiator vs Blaze Rider Mount

To highlight the gladiator culture of the Dragonborn as we imagine it, we created a diorama inspired by classical statues in which a hero battles a ferocious beast.
Here, your Gladiatrix Velkara faces one of the Blaze Riders’ mounts, a dynamic and dramatic scene that feels timeless.

5. Updates About Older Packs

The Return of Dragonborn vs Paladin

Over the last few months, several Heroes Infinite packs were removed from the store.
This Sovereign brings back the first one: Dragonborn vs Paladin.

We reworked the Paladins quite a bit, especially their color schemes and some details.
Some of the changes brought out the best in the models, like Vorak Skullhammer, who turned out especially well.

How Older Packs Will Return in the Future

Your recent survey made something very clear:
Many of you want more minis for the factions you already love: Dark Elves, Void Elves, chaotic units, and more.

Now, properly reworking an older pack takes almost as much effort as creating a brand-new release.
So we asked ourselves how we could turn this into something beneficial for everyone.

So instead of lightly touching up those old packs and putting them back online,
We are thinking of reinventing them and bringing them back as entirely new releases.

This gives you:

  • For players who missed the originals: a new and improved version

  • For those who already own them: fresh additions that expand your collection in meaningful ways

We’re still shaping the plan, but we’ll keep you posted.

6. About Future Renders

Why You’ll See Fewer Complex Color Renders

In the Sovereign video, you may have noticed fewer full-color, painted-style renders.

Reading your survey responses, we realized there are several things you’d like us to focus on, things we rarely have time to tackle because producing advanced color renders is extremely time-consuming.

So we looked for a practical way to free up time without lowering your experience.
The answer was simple: return to resin-style renders,
which is already the industry standard for miniature presentation.

A Better Use of Time

This will allow us to align our visuals with current industry norms and invest more energy into the areas you told us matter the most.

Given today’s economic pressures and currency changes, we also need to manage our resources wisely.
But hey, we’ll probably sneak in a few characters in color here and there anyway ;)

7. Thank You—and Enjoy the Release

A Slight Delay, but a Big Sovereign

This Sovereign comes out a few days later than planned, the heaviness of the original rendering workflows being the main reason.
But we hope all the new units, reinforcements, characters, and dioramas make the wait worthwhile.
