Hey everyone,
This month’s Sovereign release is here, and it’s all about the Jailbirds facing the Pharaonites. Think of it as a chance to tie together three of our earlier releases: Cyberpunks from the Neon City, Punks from the Cyber Underhive, and Imperial Commando Lost in the Jungle.
Now, let’s be honest... we may have gone a little overboard this time…
Instead of the usual two refreshed characters, you’re getting three!
- Kira, the Jailbird Medic
- Mara, the Jailbird Weapon Specialist (both as part of a mini-diorama)
- And the Combat AI from Neon City, now reborn as a Pharaonite character.
And because the Jailbirds don’t exactly do “low-key,” we decided the diorama needed a Jailbirds twist: instead of something small, you’re getting a full-on tank to customize. Yep. We dusted off the tank from Underhive and loaded it up with a bunch of new accessories so you can kitbash it and trick it out in true post-apocalyptic, Jailbirds style.
Of course, you’ll also find reinforcements for your existing troops, plus a fresh take on the Tomb Wardens, this time reimagined as biomechanical serpent guardians. Creepy, elegant, deadly. And a redesigned version of the Combat Androids.
And because we couldn’t resist pulling back the curtain a little, you’ll also get a Pharaonite diorama showing how the Tomb Wardens come back to life after their long stay inside their reprogramming sarcophagi. A small but eerie glimpse into Pharaonite mysteries.
All told, this Sovereign pack could stand on its own as the kind of content some competitors would lock behind a full subscription. We just hope you’ll have as much fun fielding it as we had putting it together—building bigger armies and wilder stories on your tables.
