Let’s Start With Your Amazing Reaction!
Before we talk about Sovereign, reworks, or what’s coming next, we want to start with YOU.
The response to Sisters of the Eternal Mercy has been… honestly overwhelming!
We’ve read your messages. All of them. And many of you told us the same thing, in different words: this one hit differently. That it felt like one of the strongest releases since the very beginning of Heroes Infinite. That it reconnected with the roots of our aesthetic, with the soul of Raging Heroes, with what made you fall in love with this universe in the first place.
Reading that was powerful.
And yes — a little emotional too.
Because it told us something very clearly: This is what YOU want and you like us most when we do OUR thing!
So, right now, enjoy the Sisters of Eternal Mercy Reinforcements video below.
And then, you’ll absolutely want to keep reading, because today's post is a special edition just for YOU!
About the Survey (Yes, We Haven’t Forgotten)
Some of you have been waiting for a proper in-depth post about the survey we ran earlier this fall. We promised one — and we know you’re expecting it.
The truth is simple: this month has been absolutely packed.
January’s release, the Sovereign extension, reworking older collections, improving our rendering pipeline, handling Black Friday follow-ups, preparing RH physical drops… it’s been one of those months where you look up and suddenly it’s midnight again.
So instead of writing about changes, we started working on them.
This post isn’t the full survey breakdown yet — but everything you’ll read below comes directly from what you told us and explains a lot of the takeaways we got from this poll.
Focusing on what makes Heroes Infinite… Heroes Infinite
Your feedback wasn’t vague. It was crystal clear.
You asked for more of our “specialties” like, for example, elves, in both science fiction and fantasy. You asked for more content firmly anchored in The Toughest Girls of the Galaxy. You asked us to finally bring as STLs our iconic Raging Heroes miniatures that have only ever existed as physical models.
And many of you expressed a preference for releases focused on a single faction, rather than opposing ones.
That last point is one we gave a lot of thought to.
There was a time when dual-faction releases were heavily requested — because they enabled richer narratives, RPG-style storytelling, and made it easier to stay subscribed even if one faction wasn’t immediately appealing. We loved that format too, and it allowed us to tell stories we’re very fond of, like the explorers of Mortenburg venturing into the lands of the Wakura.
But over time, it’s become clear that the Heroes Infinite audience has evolved, with more sci-fi players among you and a growing preference for focused, cohesive themes. Going forward, we’ll be leaning more and more in that direction.
But overall, you told us you want us to lean harder into what defines Heroes Infinite:
more designs that feel bold, unapologetic, and unmistakably ours.
So that’s what we’re doing.
That means revisiting certain factions. Sometimes gently. Sometimes more deeply. Sometimes by reworking what already exists — and sometimes by letting older versions go, so better ones can take their place.
The Reinforcements inside this month’s Sovereign is the first real glimpse of that shift.
And we’ve already got more:
Grim Darkness, Reworked — and Why It Matters
One of the most visible changes this month is the transformation of
Grim Darkness of the Inquisition 1 & 2 into
Grim Darkness of the Expurgators 1 & 2.
We went back into these collections, took a long look at them, then got to work.
In the new collection, you’ll find reworked versions of the Sisters of Sacrifice, the Cyberzombies, the Commando, all the Pretorians, and a refreshed take on Expurgator Ordonius, whose silhouette and proportions felt like they deserved a second pass.
You’ll also discover the Phoenix of Resurrection as a standalone miniature for the first time, and redesigned Iron Clads and Juggernauts with a much stronger, more personal identity.

And then there are the units accompanying Athelia Vorn:
the Blessed Anchorites in Armors of Sanctity.

These Sisters in massive mech-suits are everything we love pushing forward right now — powerful presence, striking silhouettes, and a very clear statement of intent. Among all the reworked pieces this month, they’re very close to our hearts.
This isn’t a radical reinvention yet — but it is a clear preview of where we’re going.
How the Rework Works (No Tricks, No Confusion)
We want this part to be simple and fair.
Grim Darkness of the Inquisition 1 and 2 are not available for sale any more. BUT:
→ Case 1:
If you already own Grim Darkness of the Inquisition 1 and/or 2, don’t worry, they are still in your library.
AND, inside your library — directly inside those collections — you’ll find a message explaining how to access the new Grim Darkness of the Expurgators versions at a limited-time discounted, subscriber-friendly price, if you wish to grab the new collections.
→ Case 2:
If you never owned the original collections, you can access
Grim Darkness of the Expurgators part I
Grim Darkness of the Expurgators part II
They are included in the December's Cyber Sale.
Note: Sovereign members benefit from special pricing (see your library for details).
And if you’re not a Sovereign member, you can still purchase the new Expurgators collections normally — just keep in mind that the Inquisition versions are gone for good.
What the Sovereign Reinforcements are also about
As always, the Sovereign Reinforcements include new troop extensions connected to this month’s release, along with carefully chosen throwbacks from the Grim Darkness rework. We picked units you’ve told us you love — and units we know you actually enjoy using.
And then there are the two dioramas.
We’ll never stop loving dioramas. They let us freeze a moment, suggest a story, and give a small piece of the universe a cinematic soul. This month, we feel these two scenes really captured that magic — and they’re without question the emotional linchpins of this Sovereign.
Looking Ahead (Because We’re Just Getting Started)
You’ve asked us for STL versions of iconic Raging Heroes miniatures that never existed digitally. They’re coming — very soon.
You’ve asked about our universe, our lore, our game. They’re back on the table. We are not sure exactly how, but for sure this is coming, one way or another.
And you’ve asked us to fully embrace what makes our identity strong.
That’s exactly what we’re doing.
There’s a lot happening behind the scenes, and 2026 is shaping up to be a year full of surprises — the good kind.
As always, we can’t wait to hear which miniatures you connected with most in this Sovereign. And if you’re not yet part of the Sovereign tier (details below on how to join), we hope this gives you a clearer sense of where we’re heading — and maybe a reason to stay curious and follow along.
Thank you — truly — for your messages, your feedback, and the energy you bring to this community.
We wish you a wonderful holiday season, and we’ll talk again very soon.
