It’s that long-awaited moment when we all gather to discover the new collection.
And this one is a very cool one for sure!
You’ve been asking for it for ages:
Something inspired by China, with characters drawn from the rich tapestry of Chinese legends and mythology. And so, this June, we’re bringing those ideas to life with the vivid heroes of the Jade Empire taking center stage.
But of course, heroes need worthy adversaries. And since most of you keep asking for more Elves, we figured this was the perfect moment to revisit the Dark Elves - letting you build on armies you may already have printed.
It also gives us the chance to expand one of our most popular fantasy factions with a fresh Sovereign release so you get bigger, better, larger forces. So this month, it’s all about the clash between the vibrant, larger-than-life figures of the Jade Empire and the shadowy elegance of the Twilight Dark Elves.

If there’s one thing I can say, it’s this:
I hope, as you watched the video, you felt what I felt.
That spark of excitement seeing just how alive and expressive this month’s miniatures really are: they’re varied, full of personality, they seem almost ready to leap straight into your next big battle and storytelling moment.
And then there are the standout pieces: the Cloud Fortress, the Dragons, the Mistwalker Cavalry. There are the kind of pieces that we designed with the explicit goal to transform your regular games into truly magical ones...
Naturally, the release wouldn’t be complete without a full set of scenic pieces: they will transport your table into the heart of an Asian-inspired realm. In my mind, such are the kinds of settings where my adventures take root and my stories unfold, in unforgettable ways, and I’m hoping it’s somewhat similar for you!
One reason I've always wanted to go all-out on the scenery and centerpiece models is because I’ve always believed that, just like a powerful scene from a great film, a well-crafted gaming session - complete with striking miniatures and the right visual setup - will create memories that stick with you for life. You know what I’m talking about, right?
And really, isn’t that part of why we play these games in the first place?
To escape reality for a while, and craft moments so vivid they almost feel real?
I hope this release gives you just that.
A doorway into something a little magical.
A reason to set aside the everyday and dive into something unforgettable.
